Micro Logix 1200 Controllers

Micro Logix™ 1200 Programmable Logic Controller Systems are small enough to fit in tight spaces and powerful enough to accommodate a broad range of applications. Our controller is available in 24-point and 40-point versions. You can expand the I/O count using reckless I/O modules. You can build larger control systems, achieve greater application flexibility, and expand your system at a lower cost and with reduced parts inventory. A field-upgradeable flash operating system keeps you be up-to-date with the latest features.

Micro Logix Expansion I/O

Micro Logix™ Expansion I/O modules extend the capabilities of the MicroLogix 1100, 1200, and 1400 controllers by maximizing flexibility of the I/O count and type. The modular, rackless design enhances cost savings and reduces replacement parts inventory. Modules can be either DIN rail or panel mounted.

Micro Logix 1100 Controllers

1763 MicroLogix™ 1100 Programmable Logic Controller Systems add embedded EtherNet/IP™, on-line editing, and an LCD panel to the MicroLogix family. The built-in LCD panel shows controller status, I/O status, and simple operator messages. With 2 analog inputs, 10 digital inputs and 6 digital outputs, the MicroLogix 1100 controller can handle a wide variety of tasks.

Micro Logix 1400 Controllers

1766 MicroLogix™ 1400 Programmable Logic Controller Systems build upon critical MicroLogix 1100 features: Ether Net/IP™, on-line editing and a built-in LCD panel. These controllers feature a higher I/O count, faster high-speed counter, pulse train output, enhanced network capabilities and backlight on the LCD panel. Controllers without embedded analog I/O points provide 32 digital I/O points, while analog versions offer 32 digital I/O points and 6 analog I/O points. You can expand all versions with up to seven 1762 expansion I/O modules.

Compact I/O Modules

1769 Compact I/O™ Chassis-Based Modules can be used as local and distributed I/O for a CompactLogix™, Compact Guard Logix®, or Micro Logix™ 1500 controller. Rack-type features in a rackless design lower costs and reduce replacement parts inventory. A built-in removable terminal block provides connections to I/O sensors and actuators.

Compact Guard Logix Safety Controllers

1768 Compact GuardLogix® Safety Controllers is a CompactLogix™ controller that also provides safety control. As part of the Logix family, Compact GuardLogix controllers use a common control engine with a common development environment to provide high performance multi-discipline control for SIL 3 safety applications. GuardLogix Safety PACs offer integrated safety, discrete, motion, drive and process control, as well as seamless connectivity to plant-wide information systems, all in the same controller. Use EtherNet/IP™ or ControlNet™ networks for safety interlocking between GuardLogix controllers. Connect field devices over EtherNet/IP or DeviceNet™ networks.

Soft Logix Control System

SoftLogix™ controllers use a common control engine with a common development environment to provide high performance in an easy-to-use environment. A typical SoftLogix system uses a virtual chassis application that houses controllers and communication modules, which interface with other Logix controllers and I/O modules.
